Orders are paid by internet transfer. The account details will be provided when the order is placed at the above address.
We mail orders on weekends. Orders will only be mailed (or collected) after the payment reflects in our bank account.
Special arrangements can be made for the mailing of urgent orders during the week.
If you collect your order from Pretoria no mailing costs will be charged.
Normal Post Office Parcel:
Below 1 kg: R17.05
From 1 kg: R28.35 for the first kg. R3.80 for each additional kg or part of a kg.
Speed Services: Counter To Counter:
Up to 1 kg: R55.05
1 - 2 kg: R76.88
Insurance of 2% of the value of the product will be added to the mailing costs, in case of loss.
These charges are valid until 31 March 2010.
We currently ship only in South Africa.
Returns:
Should you not be entirely happy with your purchase, you may cancel the transaction within 5 working days of receipt of goods. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in exactly the same condition as they were received. No delivery costs will be refunded. The cost of returning the products will be for your own account.
The purchase price will be refunded to you within 14 days of receipt of the returned product. Exception: No audio-visual material may be returned. Any disputes about or refunds of products bought from Kalahari.net through a link to The Yorkie Shop will be handled by Kalahari.net.
